Do I need technical knowledge to work with you?
No. We translate your business needs into a technical plan and explain each decision in plain language. You set the priorities; we take care of the technology.
How do you price a project?
After a discovery conversation we agree a written scope and a fixed quote before we start. If the scope changes along the way, we agree the change in writing first.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Code, accounts and data are set up in your name or transferred to you at handover, and our work is documented so that another team could continue it.
Can AI agents work with our existing tools?
In most cases, yes. We connect agents to the tools you already use, such as email, calendars, CRMs or shared drives, and define precisely what they may and may not do.
Is public co-financing available?
Many Luxembourg SMEs can get public co-financing for digital and AI projects through the SME Package. Conditions change, so we help you check your eligibility on guichet.lu before the project starts.
How do you handle data protection?
We design with the GDPR in mind from the first day: we collect only the data a process needs, prefer EU hosting and define clear access rules. We document what is processed, where and why.
