Do you sell or import goods yourselves?
No. We act as your sourcing agent. You buy directly from the manufacturer and keep the contracts; we organise, check and coordinate on your behalf.
How are your fees calculated?
We work on fixed fees agreed in writing up front, not on a percentage of your purchase. That keeps our advice independent of how much you buy.
Which countries do you source from?
We select manufacturers for their capability, quality and reliability on your product. The right region depends on the product, the quantity and your timing.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities are set by each manufacturer and depend on the product. The free price check tells you early whether your volume is realistic.
How do you make sure the quality is right?
Through a precise written specification, sample approval before production and a factory inspection before shipment, against what you approved.
When will turnkey delivery be available?
Turnkey delivery is planned from 2027. Until then, we coordinate shipping and customs with the forwarder and broker of your choice.
